Handle My Affairs was invited by North London Hospice to the opening of their brand new North London Hospice Store & Living Well Centre at Mall Wood Green. It was an honour to attend, meet the Mayor of Haringey Cllr Ahmed Mahbub and Bambos Charalambous MP, and so many dedicated professionals who care deeply about supporting people facing life-limiting illness and their families.
The new Living Well Centre is a calm, welcoming space designed to help people live well for as long as possible. It offers emotional, social and therapeutic support — from wellbeing activities and community programmes to guidance that helps individuals and families feel more prepared, informed and supported during one of the most difficult times of life.
For us at Handle My Affairs, being part of this launch felt especially meaningful. Our role is to support people with the practical, administrative and digital tasks that often become overwhelming during illness or after a loved one passes away. We are committed to working alongside organisations like North London Hospice to make end-of-life planning kinder, clearer and easier for families.
We're proud to continue building these community connections and to champion conversations that matter.
